We do value adding to a range of sheeting and plate products for the engineering, automotive, manufacturing and mining industries. All products can be guillotined, plasma cut and bent to customer requirements and specifications. We also offer a full drawing facility where drawings can be done in preparation for items to be profile cut on our Hi-Definition plasma machine.
All work is done after receiving customer drawings detailing exact measurements, including ID or OD indicators as well as tolerances required.
Thickness Range:
We can cut, bend and punch various in thicknesses as stated below.
GUILLOTINING
0.5 mm to 12 mm
PLASMA CUTTING
1.6 mm to 50 mm
BENDING
0,4mm > 10mm (max 3,2 meters)
PUNCHING
up to 20mm // we also do notching
Service Details
We process mild steel, mild steel graded plate, cold rolled steel, galvanised steel, chromadek, stainless steel and aluminium.
